Bon Santé Transportation was founded in Spartanburg, SC after our founder witnessed firsthand how difficult it was for elderly and disabled patients to get to their medical appointments safely and on time. We set out to change that.
Started with one van and a mission — safe, dignified transport for every patient, every time.
Received PSC/ORS Certificate #11000 and became a Medicaid-approved NEMT provider in South Carolina.
Grew our fleet and team to serve the full I-85 corridor — Spartanburg, Greenville and 12+ surrounding cities.

Marcus founded Bon Santé after seeing how difficult medical transport was for his own family. He personally oversees every driver's training and certification.
Diane coordinates all scheduling, dispatching, and Medicaid billing. She ensures every ride is confirmed, on time, and hassle-free for patients and families.
James has 8+ years of NEMT experience. He trains every new driver personally and holds certifications in wheelchair securing, passenger assistance, and CPR.
